Shipping & Returns


11.1. Our delivery charges are set out under Delivery Policy in our website.

11.2. You will be required to pay extra for delivery and it might not be possible for us to deliver to some locations.]

11.3. Please note that we are able to deliver to majority countries around the world, if the country is not listed in our delivery section then a separate quote would need to be obtained and agreed prior to dispatch and all payment of goods and transport must be cleared.

11.4. We will deliver the goods to the address you specify for delivery in your order. It is important that this address is accurate. We cannot accept any liability for any loss or damage to the goods once they have been delivered in accordance with your delivery instructions (unless this is caused by our negligence). We will aim to deliver the goods by the date quoted for delivery but delivery times are not guaranteed and therefore time is not of the essence. In any event, we will aim to deliver your goods within 30 days from the day after the day we received your order. If delivery is delayed beyond this time, we will contact you and either agree a mutually acceptable alternative date, or offer you a full refund.

11.5. You will become the owner of the goods you have ordered when they have been delivered to you. Once goods have been delivered to you they will be held at your own risk and we will not be liable for their loss or destruction.

Risk and ownership

Risk of damage to or loss of the goods passes to you at the time of delivery to you. If you choose to use your own courier then the risk passes to you as soon as the goods are handed to your courier. You will only own the goods once they have been successfully delivered.

Deliveries are made from Monday to Friday excluding bank holidays.

Next Day Carriage * is available in UK Mainland for all orders placed before 4pm. Orders placed after 16:00 will be dispatched the following working day on a next day service. For Next Day Delivery, please use the drop down menu under Shipping Options and select Next Day. For next day delivery in all other zones including Europe, please call 01753 686878 for prices and availability.* for all in-stock products.

Standard carriage please allow 5 working days from clearance of payment for delivery. Typically this is much quicker and 98% of orders are delivered within 24 - 48 hours after despatch from warehouse.

Delivery Times - Deliveries are made Monday to Friday typically 3-5 working days for in-stock items, from order or cleared funds, although it can be quicker than this. An email will be sent to inform you of despatch of goods and due delivery date. An A.M. or Next Day delivery may be selected at checkout for an additional cost

Please note Royal mail 24hr tracked and Express Delivery (Other 24 Hour Courier) is not a guaranteed next day service. If you require a guaranteed next day service please contact us.

If you are located in the Scottish Highlands, any of islands or Northern Ireland please contact us for postage rates. All items are in stock and are despatched to you from any one of our worldwide warehouses within 1-2 work days of your payment being received. Please note that items purchased on weekends and Bank Holidays are despatched the next working day.


Collection is available from our Heathrow Warehouse trade counter, this service is only available once you have requested collection and we have agreed.

UK Mainland Delivery

Royal Mail (1 - 3 working days) & UK Mail Couriers (1 - 2 working days) depending on the type or size of products purchased. Orders placed before 12.00pm (GMT) will be shipped on the same working day. Items ordered after 12.00pm on Friday whole day Saturday will be dispatched on Monday (all mail transit times stated above are best estimated.

Europe & Ireland

UK Mail Couriers - transit times do fluctuate, mostly 2-5 days and are not guaranteed.

If your country is not listed please email us through ebay.

Items being shipped to Ireland (IRE) or outside UK main land will require a telephone number. If no telephone number is given upon ordering, we do not take responsibility for any delays to your item.

Most items have a delivery time of 1-8 days although we carry some items in our Heathrow warehouse which can be dispatched for 48 hour delivery for no additional charge please contact us via email or by phone on 01753 68 68 78 to confirm. Collection if free and welcome from our Heathrow Warehouse, however please confirm that item in located at this warehouse.

Please Note

We will only send replacement items once our shipper confirms the item is lost. This will be 21 days or more from date of dispatch. Please contact our customer service team via eBay or email us if your item is lost after the 14 day period. We cannot be held responsible for delays caused by our shipper, your local postal service or by International Customs Inspections.

P&P Explained

Our P&P costs include delivery charges, packaging, and handling fees; not just the cost of the postage stamp. To avoid any disappointment please do not bid on our items if you feel at all unhappy about the cost of P&P. Winning an item constitutes your acceptance of the above.

Please Note

All Items sent are recorded or tracked to door with tracking numbers; receiver will have to sign for release and it is your responsibility to make sure someone is available at the delivery address to accept and sign for the products, failure to do so will incur additional charges.

We do not ship to PO BOX or BFPO.

Damage or Lost in Transit

If item Box is received with damage please reject the goods or when you sign for goods mark as received damaged, once signed for it will be assumed that the item has been delivered in good condition.

If your item is received damaged, contact our customer service department within 48 hours and please forward pictures of proof via ebay.

Returns policy:

13. Cancellation rights

13.1. Under The Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 SI 2013/3134 you have the legal right to cancel your order up to 14 calendar  days after the day on which you receive your goods (with the exception of any made to order items). You do not need to give us any reason for cancelling your contract nor will you have to pay any penalty.

13.2. Should you wish to cancel your order, you can use the cancellation form provided at the end of these terms and conditions, or alternatively you can notify us in writing by any durable medium (for example letter sent by post, or e-mail), no other method will be accepted.

13.2. You cannot cancel your contract if the goods you have ordered are bespoke (i.e. made to order or special import)

13.3. If you have received the goods before you cancel your contract then you must send the goods back to our contact address at your own cost and risk. If you cancel your contract but we have already processed the goods for delivery, you should not unpack the goods when they are received by you and you must send the goods back to us at our contact address at your own cost and risk as soon as possible.

13.4. Once you have notified us that you are cancelling your contract, and we have either received the goods back or, if earlier, received evidence that you have sent the goods back, we will refund any sum debited by us from your credit or debit card within 14 calendar days.

13.5.  We may make a deduction from your refund for any loss in the value of the goods supplied if the loss is the result of unnecessary handling by you (for example using or testing the goods prior to cancellation)

We stand behind the products we sell. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, we’ll be happy to process an exchange or refund the product less P&P within 14 Days of your purchase. All return items will require a RMA number, which is given by our Customer Service Department only. Please allow 10-14 days for returns and exchanges to be processed.

Please inspect all of your item(s) upon receipt.

All returned items MUST be in brand new condition which means the item is never installed or tested and kept in the original packaging, otherwise you will be subjected to a minimum 25% restocking fee

We will not reship replacement(s) before we get a claim approval for the lost or stolen item(s) or the returned item from customers

In most cases, all shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.

Any item(s) that the buyer states as defective will be tested by our Returns Department, if there are no problems or errors found during testing, there will be a mandatory 25% restocking fee for the price of the item.

Once the RMA# is issued, the buyer will have 7 days to return the item, if any items are returned after 7 days, the item(s) are subject for rejection. If the items are returned without an RMA#, we reserve the right to reject the item or charge the buyer a 25% restocking fee.

When returning items to us you must send them back by registered or signed for post.

All items are brand new unless otherwise stated.

PROFESSIONAL installation is highly recommended. Buyer assumes all risk on usage.
